February Events in Almaty 2014

I hope you are all making the best of the last couple of days of snow that we received here in Almaty. Here is a list of some events that you could look forward to in February.

Henry Moore Exhibition

The British Council’s  Henry Moore exhibition is still running at the State Art Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Abylkhan Kasteev

Anna Margatskoy Exhibition

Extreme sports on the 2nd February 



Slackline - it gymnastic rope that can withstand heavy loads, and you can walk, you can sit on it, jump and perform various stunts. Prices: 1 jump - 3 999 tenge, jump tandem (together) - 6999 tenge. Place: Dam in Kargalinka 30m (10 km from the park of the President).

"I love you - Russia!"

February 5 will be "A great evening of ballet." An evening dedicated to the upcoming tour of the State Academic Dance Theatre of Korea in Russia. The concert will be under the leadership of the People's Artist of Kazakhstan Bulat Ayuhanova. Programme: "Swan Lake" Tchaikovsky "Carmen Suite." Tel.: +7 (727) 356 33 82.



Whats On Almaty Get together

The Facebook group “Whats on Almaty” will have a get-together on the 13th of February at The Old English Pub.
