Central Craft Fair
The Central Craft Fair is back in Almaty 2-3 March 2013
It will be at the Central Museum on Furmanova Street (opposite Ramstore)
Entrance will be 100KZT
This is a great place to find gifts for family and friends ... or yourself
The craft fair is only held 4 times a year, and news of the dates are only spread a few days before the actual event. If you unable to wait for the next fair, my suggestion is to go to the weekend market ( I don't even know if it has a specific name) that is down the road from Tsum on Ablylai Khan road (about a block North from Tsum). You will find many of the same vendors at this weekend market. The market was generally held once a month, but I am under the impression that it is now every weekend...Things change so quietly without notice that it is hard to keep up with whats happening when and where : ) so please forgive me if you end up going and the market is not there.
